The subject of this contract is the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077, regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the seller to the buyer, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below; It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Principles and Procedures.

Article - 4
CONTRACT SUBJECT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Goods/Product or Service; Type, Quantity, Brand/Model, Color, Quantity, Sales Price and Payment Method are as stated on the site, and these promises may change without notifying the buyer.
Article - 5
GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed about all the preliminary information regarding the essential qualities of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery, as specified in Article 4, and confirms the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
5.2 - The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the buyer or the person or organization at the specified address within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the buyer's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
5.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the buyer, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of delivery by the designated person or organization.
5.4 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in sound, complete condition, in accordance with the specified qualities in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals if available.
5.5 - The electronic approval of this contract and the payment of the sales price through the payment method chosen by the buyer are prerequisites for the delivery of the product subject to the contract. In the event that the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
5.6 - In the event that the buyer's credit card, belonging to the buyer, is unlawfully or improperly used by unauthorized persons without any fault on the part of the buyer after the delivery of the product, and if the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to send the product delivered to themselves or the person or organization specified in the sales contract to the SELLER within 3 business days. In such a case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5.7 - If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product subject to the contract within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary situations such as adverse weather conditions preventing transportation or interruption of transportation, the SELLER is obliged to inform the buyer about the situation. In this case, the buyer has the right to cancel the order, replace the product with its equivalent if available, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstructive situation is resolved. In the event of the buyer canceling the order, the SELLER initiates the cancellation of the buyer's credit card receipt and the refund of the relevant amount to the buyer's account within 7 days through the relevant bank. The transaction is communicated to the BUYER via email. In such a situation, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the relevant bank.
5.8 - In the event of a defective or faulty product delivered to the BUYER and/or the person and/or institutions to whom the BUYER wishes the delivery to be made, the relevant product or products must be sent to the SELLER within 7 days from the date the BUYER received the product for the necessary repair or replacement process within the warranty terms, and the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER. In such a situation, if the 7-day period expires, the BUYER must take the delivered product to the authorized service center.
5.9 - This contract becomes valid after being electronically approved by the buyer (after registering on //www.casabony.com)
Article - 6
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The Buyer has the right to withdraw within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a requirement to notify the SELLER by email within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of Article 7, and its packaging must not be damaged. In the event of the exercise of this right, it is mandatory to return the original sales invoice and a cargo delivery receipt indicating that the product delivered to a third party or the Buyer has been sent to the SELLER. Within 7 days following the arrival of these documents, the SELLER takes the initiative at the relevant bank for the refund of the product price to the BUYER's credit card account.The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies on the part of the bank in the refund of the product price. If the original sales invoice is not sent, value-added tax and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the BUYER. If the SELLER detects any opening, breaking, damage, tearing, use, or other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in its original condition when delivered to the customer, the SELLER will not accept the return of the product and will not refund the price. The BUYER is obliged to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the goods due to use if the product is returned in a different condition than it was delivered.
Article - 7
COMPETENT COURT: In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and CONSUMER COURTS at the residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized. In case of the electronic approval of the order, the BUYER is considered to have accepted all the provisions of this contract.
Article - 8
The consumer has received the copy of the contract for the goods subject to the consumer sale and signed the contract, placing the date in their own handwriting.
Article - 9
There is no CASH ON DELIVERY option on our website.
Article - 10
The Seller's delivery time for the Buyer is a maximum of 1 week from the date of purchase.
